Welcome

Scheme of Work and Lesson Planner is a web-based application designed to formalise and standardise the planning of curriculum delivery via a user-friendly intuitive web interface.

The application is based on our successful stand-alone application (SoWalp) which has now been superseded by the 'individual teacher' version (click here to register). This version of Scheme of Work and Lesson Planner is available via this website and is intended for teachers who wish to produce schemes of work and lesson plans on a individual basis.

The 'corporate' version of SoWaLP is intended for whole institutions (universities, colleges, schools, etc), teaching departments, and course teams who wish to plan their curriculum delivery in a cohesive, standardised format to ensure both uniformity of approach and transparency of operation. This web-based application is of equal value to providers in both the public sector, commercial education/training and to the wider teaching community.

Web-based SoWaLP provides features to create, manage, store, monitor and evaluate schemes of work and lesson plans. It also provides corporate management reporting features which enable team leaders, quality managers, and curriculum managers to monitor and 'sign-off' the process as a whole. Feedback from course evaluation can be formerly embedded in revised plans for subsequent delivery. The system is both flexible and rewarding to use.

Please use the evaluate SoWaLP form if you would like us to demonstrate 'Corporate SoWaLP' via a conference call.
